Caribbean Basin Enterprises (BVI) Limited (CBE-BVI), is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and is licensed by the Trade Department to perform Engineering and Project Management Services.

By Agreements formulated from time to time, CBE-BVI continues to joint venture with leading International Engineering firms who are committed to deploying  industry leaders, in all disciplines, on projects through the Caribbean Region. Simultaneously, CBE-BVI either directly employs, subcontracts or affiliates with top class local and regional professionals including Engineers, Architects, CADD Operators, GIS Specialists, Environmentalists, Quantity Surveyors and others in an effort to secure and deliver to our clients, world class services in all engagements.

In recent years CBE-BVI has joint ventured with Advanced Engineering, Inc. for the design of a 45,000 gpd waster water low pressure collection, secondary treatment and ocean outfall disposal system at Cane Garden Bay, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and has also contracted as Employers Representative during the re-construction of the QEII bridge that joins Tortola and Beef Islands.

In 2002 CBE-BVI joint ventured with Louis Berger International to complete the National Sewerage Programme wastewater Master Plan for the British Virgin Islands of Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada and Jost Van Dyke. Again in 2003 Berger-CBE contracted with the BVI Government for design works in both East End / Long Look and Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
